In drive all the way from East County to see Ryan because I trust him. As a single mom its really hard to find an auto place where you don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of you. Ryan has always been extremely helpful and respectful. He provides options and educates me on what those options mean without pressuring. I've been going to him for over 5yrs, he's been great and reasonable with his prices. Highly recommend!

In this day and age its hard to find a business you trust and respect. Ryan is stellar and I would give him and his operation 10 stars if I could. I took my car to Mode for the first time today and I am extremely impressed with his knowledge base and thoroughness. I will recommend him to friends or strangers. The price was right and, to be honest, I don't really care what it costs. As long as the work is done correctly the first time.After all: "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". not to say he was expensive, because he wasnt. The repairs he provided were done at market value.

Amazing service. Ryan is thorough and knows his stuff. After a full diagnostic, he takes the time to explain all that's going on with the car, and makes recommendations accordingly. He's not out to price gouge and drain your wallet. He's out to give great service and help take great care of your car. Highly recommended.

Honest and worked with my budget. I needed new tires and then asked for them to prioritize repairs. Ended up finding tires that were on sale and same quality and provided estimate and priority of remaining repairs. Will be going back until my list is complete.

I admit I know very little about cars, but I can always tell when a mechanic is trying to swindle me...and Ryan at Mode is always upfront and honest about pricing and the things that need to be done. He never says I need some unnecessary repair, which is a big deal for me. I couldn't be happier with the consistent and quality service I receive at Mode. You know that feeling when a mechanic walks you through what's going on with your car and explains it all to you, only fixes what's broken and keeps an eye on the rest with no pressure, and is fast and friendly? If you don't know it you should consider Mode. I love how much he cares to the point he remembers us and our cars, and he does top notch work. Great experience - which is something I'm surprised to say about a mechanic!
