I took my 1998 Toyota Camry into Mode Automotive yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised in finding a great auto repair shop. I've tried my luck with many auto repair shops (~10 repair shops) in San Diego. Even went through the top rated shops that I found in Yelp, but Mode Automotive has been the best repair shop that I've found.I went in because I got the special groupon and my whole experience at the shop was great! Being able to talk face to face with the person performing the maintenance goes a long way, especially because I knew that I would get quality service and not get ripped off. One example is that I got a brake inspection at Midas, I knew that my brakes needed replacement. What I was told at Midas was that I needed all four done because they were getting dangerously low. However, after Ryan checked out both sets, he agreed with the front brake rotors and pads, but told me that my rear brakes were fine. That in it of itself saved me from having to perform unnecessary maintenance!I would highly, highly recommend Mode Automotive for all your needs. Ryan is very friendly and helpful and I felt reassured that I was getting great service!Ryan has earned my business and I will be returning to his shop for all my automotive needs! Thanks Ryan!
