My experience with Ryan at Mode Automotive were great! My wife and other family go to his shop so I decided to take my Jeep there to get my check engine light looked at. He ran me through the diagnostics and explained to me in detail the problems while providing me with my options. I felt he was honest and knew his stuff. Bottom line with Ryan and Mode Automotive is that I trust him. My car is old and Ryan always works with me on prioritizing repairs and letting me know the implications of waiting for a repair. One example is my shocks, he has been monitoring them for a while and let me know it could wait until I need new tires. Any other facility would have told me that they needed to be fixed immediately. From a person who hears the Charlie Brown teacher talking when anyone is talking automotive repair, it is important to trust your mechanic.

Ryan takes a personal interest in maintaining my 13 year old Sunfire which has continued to serve me very well. He recommends only necessary repairs and usually completes them while I wait. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, provides coffee, and has a TV.

Awesome mechanic, always finds out whats wrong with my car and helped it last longer than it shouldve. and you get a warranty for the things u get done! how awesome is that!
