Mode Automotive provided a set appointment and a clear quote for services. The shop is very clean and organized, with no frills, but is very professionally run. They are experienced and know what they are doing. I sat in the very comfortable waiting room with good amenities while my Lexus received a full professional service at a very reasonable price. they don't waste time, and I did not have to hang around for hours, which is usually the case at a dealership. They also did not try to sell me unnecessary services or parts. Their prices are reasonable because their shop is smaller and well-run, and they don't waste money on high overheads. My car runs like a bomb, and I will definitely be going back. I am a perfectionist, and believe that they provided the highest quality of work and service. I recommend Mode Automotive!
