I started bringing my automobile here a few years ago and have been very satisfied with the service and pleasantly surprised at what I feel is someone I can believe what he says and who is honest when dealing with me. I have had other companies rip me off by telling me I needed things that I later found out were definitely not needed. I would totally recommend Ryan for a mechanic to anyone who needed one. I never imagined I'd find a repair place like Mode Automotive. It has the friendly service and work ethic of a garage that my parents used in the 50's in a small town in MA. I've never heard Ryan say anything negative about anyone or anything, not even if I'm expressing complete exasperation with the dealership that used to service my car. My Camry "96 now runs like new. And the free Auto Vitals service is a great record keeping tool. It even has copies of actual service invoices. I'm hooked on this place.
