I came here after reading glowing reviews from other Yelpers and I have to say that I have found my new mechanic! I had been having problems with my engine since my last oil change at Firestone (which they claimed was just a coincidence) but no one could pinpoint what the problem was. My car sounded horrible and I could smell burning when going up hills or on the freeway. A few minutes into my oil change with Ryan and he called me into the garage to show me that my oil plug didn't belong to my car, that it was a ford model even though I have a Volkswagon! I don't know how I ended up with a different oil plug, but this was causing a loose fit which may have caused oil loss in my engine. The last time I was in Firestone they told me that I might have to get a whole new oil pan because the threads on the opening were wearing thin, which of course would happen if they weren't using the right plug!For a few dollars he gave me the correct oil plug and also notified me that I had an exhaust leak in my engine, which was accounting for the smell I had noticed. It's great to have the feeling that my mechanic is telling me the truth and not just trying to make more money on unneccessary fixes. And he was done in exactly the amount of time he quoted me on the phone, which has never happened at Firestone! Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

My car was long overdue for an oil change, and between work and school, I just couldn't find enough time to wait for hours while my car was being serviced.After reading these awesome reviews, I decided to give this place a try. And I'm happy to report that I'm not disappointed! Even though it was a simple service (just a plain oil change), Ryan was very professional and personable. Plus, he did it so quickly--in just 15 minutes! I brought a book, thinking it might take an hour like it usually does at Firestone or Jiffy Lube... but I only read like 10 pages before he handed my keys back and told me everything was done!I'll definitely be telling my roommate and coworkers about him! Awesome job!
